

Jermaine Johnson is a respected leader in self-help and coaching, known as a dynamic speaker, trainer, and consultant in the relationship marketing industry. He is recognized for his ability to build both businesses and people, with teams developed across the United States and Korea.
He is an author, results and accountability coach, and founder of Game Changers Athletic Education Foundation and Soteria Worldwide. Jermaine has served as a top youth pastor, Social Services Director in Los Angeles, and an ordained Elder in the Church of God in Christ, while advising boards, civic leaders, and community organizations nationwide.
Having overcome a childhood speech impediment, Jermaine’s mission is to serve as a “Chief Encouragement Officer,” inspiring others to begin again and live with purpose. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wife Mona and their three children.
Onitia Frazier was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, and developed an early passion for sports, fashion, and people. Her career has taken her around the world, collaborating with politicians, high-profile athletes, well-known organizations, and Fortune 500 companies, where she has led business administration and large-scale event activations. Her attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and willingness to go above and beyond have been central to her success.
After relocating to Arizona in 2008, Onitia quickly became deeply involved in the community, earning recognition as a trusted and respected resource. She has worked with numerous organizations across the Valley through volunteering, mentorship, and board service, building strong relationships and meaningful impact.
Outside of work, Onitia enjoys time with family and friends, music, travel, and self-care. She lives by the belief: “Make each day great and make sure it counts—dance like no one is watching, and even if they are, dance anyway.”

A longtime member of West Angeles Church of God in Christ, George served for 11 years as Personal Assistant to Bishop Charles E. Blake, supporting major events, partnerships, and engagements with civic and national leaders. He studied Business Administration with a focus on marketing and fundraising and is a graduate of USC’s Passing the Mantleprogram.
