He is an Author, Results & Accountability Coach, as well as the founder of Game Changers Athletic Education Foundation and Soteria Worldwide.

Jermaine was one once of the Top Youth Pastors in the Nation and served at one of the largest churches in the United States. He also service as the Social Services Director at one of the first Community Development Corporations in Los Angeles, CA. He is also an ordained Elder in the Church of God in Christ and has served on the City of Los Angeles Youth Advisory Council, advisors to many boards and elected officials and recognized as a Who’s Who for Business Professionals in the 21st Century.

Jermaine has consulted and worked with Promise Keepers, Children’s Defense Fund, Youth For Christ, Feed the Children, United Way, Federal Express, and the Bay Pac Political Action Committee. Jermaine studied at Fuller Theological Seminary, Sonoma State University, Vanguard University, and California State University Dominguez Hills.
