What We Offer
Game Changers Athletic Education Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to eliminate the epidemic of “deviance in sports” and promote higher education for athletes. According to recent studies, participation in team sports reduces the risk of risky behavior such as substance abuse and other reckless behaviors, for example. In conjunction; we also believe that it takes a communal effort to ensure each adolescent has the accessibility to receive the support needed to reach optimal success as a student-athlete.
As a foundation, we plan to execute said goals by way of teaching social and personal development skills for adolescent student-athletes. Inasmuch, our foundation will also provide mentoring within the educational spheres with an emphasis on developmental and enrichment programs. Our motto as an organization is to “…empower youth and young adults to be professionals on and off the field of play.” We strive to provide athletes of all sports, ages 12-20 with educational forums, community enrichment programs, and social identity tools needed for success at the professional level in sports and life.
THE PROBLEM
The Problem with Deviance Sports
There has been a long-lasting issue in sports at every level, and that is the negative deviance that takes place on and off the field. For many, sports are an integral part of life and give kids new opportunities that would otherwise not be accessible to them. It teaches them values, discipline, teamwork, and how to be charitable toward their community. In a way, sports are supposed to be the ideal representation of our culture
and a microcosm of society, but in many ways, it also reflects the downfall and corruption of the individual.
Unfortunately, many kids and professional athletes alike succumb to peer pressure and negligent behavior. This deviant behavior runs rampant through all sports and includes, but is not limited to violence, cheating, gambling, drug-related activities and use of performance-enhancing drugs, criminal behavior, and academic misconduct. This misconduct is not just committed by athletes, but also by coaches, administrators, parents, spectators, team owners, and agents, each one doing whatever it takes to get
to the top.
The Solution
Our Solution
1st conduct Game Changer one-day conferences in 20 cities in 2023-24. Available to all school student-athletes in the city ages 12-20.

Raise $1,000,000 and host the first conference in November 2023

Seek corporate sponsorship with projections from the inaugural event

2nd teach the right to play/rite of passage in charter & public schools.

Current Florida and Louisiana charter schools awaiting launch
3rd lobby for athletic education to become elective classes taught in united states school systems fundamentally using the game-changers R2P/ROP curriculum.
